The old Grand Hotel was built as a luxury hotel in 1895. The facade and entrance would have been very impressive when Vancouver was in its infancy. |

Demxx assisted the contractor, providing men and equipment to salvage materials including windows, radiators, stairs, lumber and trims.These items instead of ending up in the land fill are now available for sale at our sales yard. |
